Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping time is 7-10 business days after payment has been processed, excluding holidays.
Hair By Viwe (Pty) LTD will not be held liable for any packages lost or delayed in transit. Shipping insurance is available upon request, and the customer will be liable for the extra shipping insurance fees.
Customers are responsible for tracking their order once tracking information has been sent.
Our customers have the option of collecting their order once it is ready. Please arrange this with our team via our contact details.
Should there be any unforeseen delays, our customers will be notified.
