Overview
Please note we accept returns on the following cases [production fault, incorrect orders, damaged hair].
In the unfortunate event that a customer receives an incorrect order, is dissatisfied, or there is a production fault, we will assist our customers.
Customers are required to contact us within 3 days of receiving the package to notify us of any production fault, incorrect order, quality issue, damaged hair. We will assist our customers, provided that the hair is still in its original packaging and has not been used, worn, installed, or damaged.
Customers must return the hair to Hair By Viwe studios within 7 days of receiving the package, provided that the hair is in its original packaging. If the client fails to return the hair within 7 days, we will consider it a wear and tear issue and will not be liable.
Clients will be liable for courier fees.
Sales and sample hair/products cannot be returned or exchanged.
